It is our aim to provide a comprehensive and well researched site that all people no matter what their specialty or level of experience can utilise. We will endeavour to achieve this by drawing on Craig Aquilina's lifelong love of birds, knowledge, and expertise.
He has an extensive knowledge of genetics and colour mutations as well as a heart felt passion and desire to breed quality birds.

This is a site for new and existing finch breeders to obtain information on finch species, diets, housing and aviary management.

My name is Marcus Pollard. I live in "Tasmania" the Island State of Australia. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tasmania and completed my Honors project on the endemic Green Rosella. (Platycercus caledonicus) Throughout my life I have kept and bred a number of parrot and finch species.

Susie Christian began breeding birds in 1978, starting with Cockatiels. She purchased a pair of Vosmaer's Eclectus 10 years later and was besotted with their sheer beauty and elegance. Her Eclectus Parrot collection grew with this and another five subspecies.
Susie has done extensive research into the Eclectus subspecies including hands-on rearing experiences.

Cockatiels are our passion and our family is a specialised and very dedicated group of cockatiel breeders located on the northside of Brisbane in Queensland Australia committed to providing our Pet Cockatiels and Breeding Cockatiels with the best possible care and attention.
