Globetrotting Parrots Return to Africa

Threatened African Grey Parrots were returned to the wild after a three-year intercontinental odyssey.  One hundred and eight of these beautiful birds were seized from an illegal shipment in Bulgaria back in 2010.  Immediately handed over to the Sofia Zoo for much needed medical treatment, their uncertain status was meanwhile being determined by the local courts.   Read More...
